  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate trades

5. Fees and Payments

MegaWinRush charges the following fees:

  • Trading fee: 5% of transaction value
  • Withdrawal fee: Varies by payment method
  • Currency conversion: Market rate + 1%

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MegaWinRush, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks without written consent
  • Reverse engineer any part of our platform

7. Limitation of Liability

MEGAWINRUSH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
